Our team provides a wide range of title services including title search and property reports. We reveal the status of title before you buy or sell a property.

 O&E (Ownership & Encumbrances).   $150

Title search performed from the time the current owner took title until present date.

All judgments, liens, mortgages, out-sales, leases, etc. are revealed. 

30 Year  (as per MRTA)   $225

Title search performed from the current owner back to root deed being recorded for a minimal of 30 years. 

All appliable judgments, liens, mortgages, out-sales, leases, Oil-Gas & Mineral convayances with-in time frame, are revealed.  Appraisors map and tax status are also furnished.

40 Year Search - $250

50 Year Search - $275

60 Year Search - $300

Oil-Gas & Mineral Search   (OGM)  $300+

There are 2 types of OGM searches.  

Most common is for the purpose of determining if the current title holder owns any OGM rights.

The latter is for the purpose of knowing WHO owns what.

Most OGM searches go back to the U.S. Patent. (1800's)

Boundry Search   $150

Caption (residential) property and all adjacent properties are drawn out to reveal any overlaps in title.  Some legals may not be plattable without extensive searching and additional cost. 

Commercial Searches - $300+ 

Defined and any property that is commercial property and/or is out of a developer. 

Also may be clsssified as commercial if multiple chains of title are needed. 

For project searches, usually involving several sections, a rate of $30 hour may be imposed. 

We are licensed notary and are here help you with your document signing needs. We can notarize documents for real estate transactions, power of attorney, and more.

Notary $10  w/o travel

Our 30+ year title searches include examination process which involves a comprehensive search of public records to ensure there are no liens or other issues with the title. We provide a detailed report to our clients.
