After working 10 years for a Title Insurance Company, I became an independent abstractor/researcher to offer an alternative to the public. as another way to get the information they needed before purchasing property, without going through a title insurance company.  I also offer much faster turnaround than the typical title companies.  No

After working 10 years for a Title Insurance Company, I became an independent abstractor/researcher to offer an alternative to the public. as another way to get the information they needed before purchasing property, without going through a title insurance company.  I also offer much faster turnaround than the typical title companies.  Now, with well over 35 years abstracting experience, I am one of the few freelance abstractors in this area.  

I cover Bay, Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty and Washington Counties.

Abstract the property to show at least 30 years.  This is the minimal required by title companies to issue title policy.  I will reveal all ownership as well as all encumbrances, mortgages, liens, judgments, boundary line overlaps, etc.

All recorded documents are provided in abstract, as well as assessors map and tax status report.

I most cases, all documents are provided at no additional cost.
