Title Search (Most commonly requested)
10 years or less
A basic search of the current owner to determine if a mortgage was given or any recent judgments are recorded. Ingress & Egress is also determined. $75
20 year
I will search title from the time the current owner took title, back at least 20 years or to when title was aquired. Any liens, judgments or mortgages encumbering subject property within this time frame will be reported. $100
30 Year search
This is the timeframe used by title insurance companies. a/k/a MRTA search.
This is required by ALTA for title insurance companies to provided in order to issue title insurance. While, I do not issue title insurance, this search may reveal additional documents then the basic title search. Title is taken back to a minimal of 30 years. $125

Notary service available when we prepare your deed(s). Deeds require 2 witnesses. I will serve as one witness. You will need to provide the second witness.
